Everything you need to know about our services, file formats, pricing, and more.
General
We offer COโ laser cutting, fiber laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC router cutting, 3D design/modeling, 2D CAD design, and CNC machine programming. Each service page has detailed capabilities โ check them out from the Services menu above.
We're located at 1355 Brooks St, Unit E, Ontario, CA 91710. We also accept remote orders โ upload your files and get a quote through our online estimator.
Use our online estimator for instant pricing on standard jobs, or email us with your files for custom quotes. Complex or high-volume orders may require manual review.
Simple one-off jobs typically turn around in 1โ3 business days. Larger production runs and complex designs vary โ we'll give you a timeline with your quote. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Yes! Our 2D Design and 3D Design services cover everything from concept sketches to production-ready files. We can reverse-engineer from photos, create from scratch, or modify existing designs. 2D Design ยท 3D Design

Materials & Capabilities
COโ Laser: Wood, acrylic, plywood, MDF, laminates, leather, textiles, rubber, foam, and most non-metal materials
Fiber Laser: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and other metals up to 20mm thickness
Full material capabilities on each service page.
We can cut vinyl, but we do not cut PVC (polyvinyl chloride). PVC releases chlorine gas when laser-cut, which is toxic and corrosive to our equipment. If you need PVC work, please consider a different fabrication method.
COโ Laser bed: Up to 60" ร 48" (varies by machine)
Fiber Laser bed: Up to 61" ร 30"
CNC Router: Up to 120" ร 60"
For oversized parts, we can tile or segment and join. Contact us for details.
Laser cutting: ยฑ0.01mm (0.0004") on most materials. CNC routing: ยฑ0.05mm (0.002"). Actual tolerances depend on material type, thickness, and part geometry. Let us know if you have tight tolerance requirements and we'll verify before starting.
Pricing & Orders
Pricing is based on machine time, material cost, design complexity, and quantity. Use our estimator for a quick approximation, or send us your files for an exact quote. Volume discounts are available for production runs.
No minimum order โ we handle single prototypes and one-offs all the time. We also offer tiered pricing for larger quantities to make production runs cost-effective.
Yes. We review every file for manufacturability before starting. If we spot issues โ tight corners that can't be cut, unsupported features, or nesting inefficiencies โ we'll let you know before any material is used.
